Executive office space works a bit differently than traditional space when it comes to size and square footage. Because things such as meeting room usage and waiting areas, lounges, and reception is already included in your rent, you are only paying for the actual office space that you use. In other words, there is no loss factor. With traditional space, 500 square feet can really be more like 200-300 square feet when factoring in floor hallways, waiting areas, elevators, kitchen space and more. For this reason, when looking for furnished office space, it can often be more useful to think in terms of number of people/desks rather than square footage.
