Set in the heart of the Southwind business park, it's easy to access from the East I-385 Corridor, I-240 and Hwy 385, and 20 minutes from the airport. The lobby boasts polished stone floors, mahogany paneled walls and full-height reflective glass windows. The long-time presence of FedEx's corporate HQ in the area has led to Memphis being dubbed America's distribution center. Other business corporates include a tobacco giant and incorporation, electrical and finance companies. There are also many life science and logistics firms, and a high number of manufacturers, particularly in flextronics and steel. The center is near many business amenities and excellent transportation.
