This center is located in the city of Hampton near the southern end of the Virginia Peninsula along the Chesapeake Bay. The Peninsula Town Center is a 75-acre development designed to include a diverse array of shopping, dining, and entertainment in a community town square setting with second floor offices and luxury apartments/lofts creating a “live, work and play” environment. The development features pedestrian friendly streetscapes, open air gathering spaces, fountains and parks for children. Approximately 75 best of class retail, office, entertainment and dining tenants occupy the park today. Current retail tenants include: Ann Taylor Loft, Coldwater Creek, Barnes and Noble, Lane Bryant, Victoria’s Secret, Macy’s and Super Target.
